Nirmala's Gourmet Goodies Inc., as a registered company, is still in its infancy, however, Nirmala has a flair for innovative cooking, baking and preserving foods. Along with her green thumb, non-stop ideas and boundless energy, she has been making these products for the past few years and selling to friends and family, on her commute to and from the City, to neighbours and to any and all who will listen to her sales pitch.

Friends from out of town who hadn't sampled her goods but bought assorted items called back with rave reviews and suggested she set up a business - that is how "Nirmala's Gourmet Goodies Inc." was born.
